Our Doctor
Marisa Ciufalo, MD
Dr. Ciufalo, has 20 + years of experience caring for children from newborns to young adults. She has owned and operated Randolph Pediatrics since June, 2003 and been part of the Atlantic Health Care team for 20 years. She is currently the school district physician for Randolph Township schools, Morris Plains Borough schools and the Calais School.
She is Board-Certified, Ivy-League Trained. Her love for her profession is evident in the care, tenderness, and sensitivity that she shows to her patients.
As the first-born daughter of immigrants, Dr. Ciufalo decided at an early age to pursue her love of science and children to become a pediatrician. After studying at Cornell University and Dartmouth Medical School, she returned to her roots in New Jersey to complete residency at Morristown Medical Center. Following in the footsteps of other entrepreneurs in her family, she established Randolph Pediatrics in 2003. Along with the incredible help of her office team, Dr. Ciufalo derives great joy from having a personal touch with each family in the practice. Outside of the office, she has been married to a very patient husband for nineteen years and they have three daughters. In her “free” time, Dr. Ciufalo enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, the meditative nature of folding laundry, time on the beach, and creating good memories with friends and family.

Family Nurse Practitioner
A native of Morris Plains and back to share her passion for pediatric medicine with the team at Randolph Pediatrics! A recent graduate of Pace University, she received her Master's in Nursing with a specialty in Family Practice. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her prior experience as an inpatient nurse in the Metropolitan area. Her compassion and bedside manner is only matched by her technical skill set. When she is not in the office collaborating with Dr. Ciufalo, she enjoys hot yoga, traveling, skiing, and spending time with her big Italian family!

Patient Liaison
Maryellen has four girls who provide her with daily laughs and a tremendous sense of pride.
After taking time to raise her girls, she returned to work for personal fulfillment.
If she can’t be at the beach, she is grateful to spend her days with kind and generous women who create a great place to work, laugh, and learn.

Marissa is helping with reception as she continues her education to pursue an education in patient care. Always drawn to the field of pediatrics, Marissa is inquisitive, friendly, and is a great team player. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and Theo, the bunny.

Billing Liaison
Born and raised in New Jersey, Judy brings a wealth of knowledge to our Randolph family. In addition to her nursing degree she also has a gift for accounting and has been an immeasurable help for our billing department. In her spare time, she likes to garden and learning new DIY skills. Her heart is happiest when she's with people she loves and her Dog, Rocky.
