Annual physical appointments can be scheduled 4 months ahead.

Dr. Ciufalo's last well-visit of the day is at 3:00pm.

Nurse Practitioner, Francesca Rich's afternoon well-visits are scheduled at 3:30 and 4:00pm.

For health concerns that may not need an in-person exam, a Telemed appointment can be scheduled. Med checks, behavioral issues, certain skin conditions, and review of lab work can be scheduled as a telemed. Please be aware that your insurance policy may require a copay for telemed appointments.
