Office Policies

Dr. Ciufalo's last well-visit of the day is at 3:00pm.

Nurse Practitioner, Francesca Cortese's afternoon well-visits are scheduled at 3:30 and 4:00pm.

Annual physical appointments can be scheduled 4 months ahead.

For health concerns that may not need an in-person exam, a Telemed appointment can be scheduled. Med checks, behavioral issues, certain skin conditions, and review of lab work can be scheduled as a telemed. Please be aware that your insurance policy may require a copay for telemed appointments.

School, sports, or camp forms and working papers should be scanned and emailed to the office. Click here for more information.

We are excited to announce the addition of Francesca Cortese, Family Nurse Practioner to the practice.

Effective February 15, 2024 all protected medical health information will be transmitted through our patient portal. Forms, pictures, and any other medical health information will not be viewed via email. We will provide portal login information in February.

We strive to maintain the best health and wellness for all our patients, and that includes following the American Academy of Pediatrics immunization guidelines and the Center for Disease Control recommendations.
